Installing Win 2000 on XP ?????

Hi,
My problem goes on as follows,
i have a PIII ,1 Ghz, 40 GB HDD, 128 MB RAM system,
I have 2 partitions in it, C and D,
earlier I had win 98 in C, and win XP prof. in D,
then i tried to install win 2000 prof. on the C drive,
it was installed as a clean install,
But during the boot, when I tried to open win XP, it showed an error and could'nt boot in XP,
It easily booted in win2000,
So, I upgraded win 2000 to XP prof.,
Now I have win XP prof on noth C and D drive,

I want to know how can I install win2000 prof. on my C drive again now,
I have never worked on DOS, and don't know how to,
can anybody help me out here ?
If working on DOS is the only solution, then plz. tell me the commands step-by-step,

and yes, while installing win2000 prof. earlier, I had converted my file system from FAT32 to NTFS,
If anybody can help me out here,
