If the OS didn't find the modem automaticaly maybe the modem is defective try to install the modem on other computer first.
v92 can a standard modem which the OS recognise, that could be a third party driver.

good luck

Another thing you can search the driver through www.google.com, just click the name of the modem and the sites will keep come on.

Childish?
It is quite childish to steal an answer.  It is also quite improper to give out a password when the web site requires that people sign up (for whatever reason) even though they give everyone the same username and password.
I could care less about points.  I am here to help.  Everyone appreciates a little recognition once in a while.  That is what the points provide.  That is also what my comment was meant to portray.  You "steal" the answer and receive a C for it.  Sounds fair to me.

by: Cyrus_TroyPosted on 2003-04-20 at 18:24:47ID: 8364360

you say i steal a answer. I'm sorry but i could say stronger words about your attitude but i won't be brought down to that level.

the whole post was based that someone needed some help that help was provided. Is it me that chooses who the points are awarded to. No its not! its up to the poster to decided that

Im sorry but with 606395 points do you really still feel the need for recognition

I truely feel sorry for you
