Win XP System Error

Can anyone help me with this. I keep getting this error. usually when I'm doing some that's graphics intensive, but not always.

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

 IRQL _NOT_ LESS_ OR_ EQUAL

If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.  If the screen appears again, followed these steps:

check to make sure it’s been a new hardware or software is properly installed.  If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows update you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. This able bios memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced start up options, And then selects safe mode.

 Technical formation:

*** STOP:  0x0000000A (0xB275A000, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x804E21ED)

Then I got the same thing Except the technical information changed to

*** STOP : 0x00000D1 (oxoD96AB90, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF8D043C8)

** Cmaudio.sys – Address F8d043C8 base at F8CCF000, Datestamp 3dd89c0b

then today I got this one

*** STOP : 0x00000D1 (0x02584018, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF8CBF943)

I had the same problem. Try removing cards from the pci slots, in order to free up an IRQ. Otherwise go into the BIOS and select the option> assign IRQ to VGA. When you see the option >AGP aperture size - make sure this is twice the amount of your graphics card memory i.e. an 64MB card needs an aperture size of 128MB.

I had this problem with an MSI motherboard which i later replaced by an ASUS because i wouldn't run AGP 4x.I'm not suggesting you should replace your motherboard but an BIOS update may do the trick
No comment has been added lately, so it's time to clean up this TA.
I will leave a recommendation in the Cleanup topic area that this question is to:
