Recovering deleted Internet history

Hi, Anybody know if its possible to recover deleted Internet history in IE 5.5 on a Windows 2000 PC.

It's not that (allthough it would be nice :) ),  I just want to know which program he uses now so I can remember it for the next time.

Hi Guys, sorry for the delay in replying, I tried 'Recover my files' and couldn't get it to work correctly, it just kept crashing. I tried Recover4all which can be purchased from www. recover4all.com and it is very good, it allowed me to get most of what I wanted, no probs
