Upgrading SBS 2000

Hi all, I am looking at upgrading the hardware on our server as it is very old. We are currently using Small Business Server 2000. Can anyone provide and tips/pointers on what would be the best way to get it up and running on a new machine? From what I understand Small Business Server will not let me have any other domain controllers on the same network. Of main importantance is all the active directory settings/accounts and Exchange.

Any thoughts/tips would be greatly appreciated.
