Backup Question

Small network - 1 windows 2003 server acting as a DC - exchange 2003 is installed on dc - approx 30 accounts

20 workstations running XP, all have office installed - also in a normal enviroment would i just back up the server or would i back up each pc and the server?

a few files shares all located on the server and thats about it...

what would be the best and recommended way to back up this enviroment.

at the moment i am using ghost, and have take a snapshot of the drive, and saved the file to another drive on the same machine, works well having the abilty to restore when things go wrong.tried and tested, but i need to know what a experienced administrator would do in this type of scenario...

no tape drives available - just a cd/dvd writer on the server machine.
