i am looking for the driver to work on windows 2000.
I have downloaded servile drivers for it, but this is not taking the driver for the hardware , i have tried it on many website but unable to find suitable driver for this .
Please advice me.

sounds like you have a NIC using a Realtek chipset... aka RTL-8139/810x/8169/8110 when searching drivers... driver/dow nload- Real tek_RTL_81 39_810x_81 69_8110-24 507.html

this link takes you to a driver download for a Realtek (RMC) 8139 for Windows 9x/ME/2000/XP, it says about 2100 downloads in the past 7 days, so i'd say there's a good chance this will do it.
