I have been running Norton Ghost to clone and backup hard drives for a little while. However, on some of the newer systems, Norton's auto-detect doesn't pick up the NIC card. The card is an onboard Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller. The properties --> Driver file is located at C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVER
When I go to add a define the driver in ghost, I am given the option of a Packet Driver or NDIS2 driver. I've fiddled with both options but haven't been able to find any .exe, .com, or .dos files. Thoughts?
Thanks.

RuralInstitute,
It's been a while since I've made a network bootable ghost disc, but i'm pretty sure the reason you're having trouble is because b57xp32.sys is a windows driver. you need to get the packet driver or ndis driver for your network card for it to work in dos mode. usually you can get this frmo the manufacturers website, or in a different folder inside the driver download or Cd...if they have a packet driver or ndis driver avaialble, of course.
