I wrote an email to symantec and received no response from them , I know this is a question for symantec but I guess I am grasping at straws by asking you for help that really should be addressed to symantec , I am sorry for asking you the question that symantec really is suppose to address .
I had a problem with software that I just purcheased from symantec it and I was told in the E mail that I wrote to symantec that from now on to use the live one on one chat and that the e mail help is no longer available

I closed out everything my anti virus and firewall and outlook and internet explorer , only the usual things running in end task processes were in the background
