Browse All TopicsI've used Bootvis in the past and it has been useful. Now, however, when it completes a trace I get the error message: "Number of physical drives in the trace file is 0. Trace file has invalid system configuration information." Then Bootvis exits. How can I fix whatever the problem is so I can use Bootvis? Thanks.
Info:
PC: Dell
OS: XP Pro
Bootvis v1.3.37.0
Hard drives: 2 Western Digital, IDE. Device Manager says they're working properly.
