Using Remote Desktop on Windows 2000

I know how to use Remote Desktop on windows XP; but I was wondering if there was any way one could install Remote Desktop on Windows 2000 and disable the option for allowing remote connections to be made from that computer.

I want connections to be made to that computer, but I do not want connections to be made from it. Please if anyone has done it before or has any idea, please do let us know.
