dodgy process.

Can anyone help me get rid of a dodgy process that starts running on my pc. its called sxpdr32.exe,think its adware/spyware.

all the following have not detected it:

spybot
spy sweeper
adaware
spyware blaster
microsoft antispyware

It stores its self in the windows system32 directory as a speeddial and an application file.

usually starts upwith internet

i have deleted it and hunted the registry for it and deleted entries that refer to it. it just returns

it has an uninstall option in add/remove programs called 'uninstall helper' - however when i run it, it just takes me to a website called http://www.cashdeluxe.net/megasoft/uninstall.php

when i use ctrl alt delete, it stops it running,but it returns on reboot, can see anything obvious in msconfig either.

that wants you to enter your email address (probably to spam you),it still doesn't remove the file though, just takes you to their website to see the crap advertising.

it just keeps coming back.
i really need rid of this - hence 450 points!!

any ideas?
