What is agpcpq.sys?

I just need to know what is agpcpq.sys? Please don't ask about troubleshooting questions.. its an XP.. i know i can go into recovery console and repair.

But i want to know what is agpcpq.sys.. is it a chipset issue, display issue. Can someone please let me know.

the video adapter loads the Agpcpq.sys driver when system boot

if your safe mode boot, which scrolls somewhat useless info on the screeen as it goes, gets stuck at this point it is NOT necessarily a problem with video or drivers.

Same if your boot gets stuck at "MUP.SYS"
these are two files that depending on your driver boot order,load last and if it gets stuck there it does not help troubleshooting very much.

well.. what is suppose to be the best practice driver load? Now that might make some sense..  Are you suppose to load chipset first then video?
