Secure password database for multiple server environments with multiple admins and controlled & auditable access

Environment: Multiple customers, each with multiple servers (in some cases hundreds of servers), supported by multiple system admins from a central facility.

Does anyone know of a Windows or web application that can be used to store/access password information for hundreds of servers, which can be accessed in a controlled and auditable manner by multiple admins?

I want to be able to give controlled access to different groups of admins to different passwords, and to audit all of the access that occurs.

Ideally the application would be able to store other objects too, such as Notes ID files, but that's not essential.

While I haven't had a chance to start the evaluation yet, I've heard really good things about Cyber Ark Vault. I'm facing the exact same problem, and it's driving me crazy. Password safe is decent enough for personal use, but lacking in terms of enterprise features.

I'd already looked at Password Safe, but as barry-randall has said, its a personal product and lacking the enterprise features we need.

Password Vault looks promising. Anyone know of any other products in this space?

I'm surprised at the lack of products in this space. It looks like the Cyber Ark Password Vault product will meet our needs though. I'm hoping that the pricing isn't too scarey...
