How to set virtual memory in windows......

Hi,
I am using windows XP OS. My processor speed is 1.9 GHz, 368 MB RAM, Then also when i start my PC it takes to much time to load all services in OS. Also It gives me regular message like
"Windows Low virtual Memory!!!"

How to increase windows virtual memory size????????
Also what will be standard virtual memory size for my PC???
Pls help me
