How to Setup a LAN

Dear Sir,

We have 10 Desktop having Window-98 SE and these are connected on LAN as Peer connection so that resources like File/Printer Sharing can be achieved . Due to UDP protocol (NetBios) involved , it is creating lot of problem like Virus Attack , Un-necessary Network Traffic etc .

To avoid this , we plan to setup a Client-Server type LAN setup  having Window-2003 Server and Window-98 SE Desktop acting as Client .This should allow Resource sharing like Files etc and also Printer connected on one Desktop should be useable by other Desktop also . We would like to use Server as File Server also .

Kindly guide us how to setup this type of LAN please .
