External Keyboard Error
Dear Sire,
I have a Fujitsu Siemens laptop AMilo 3438 and I’m using external keyboard PS\2 with USB converter and when the num lock is on the normal arrows are working as a print screen button (the up-down-left- right -arrows) and when I turn off the num lock it works normally so I can go up down right left but if I tried to use the shift key with any arrow it print the screen more than 24, you can see this from MS Office clipboard. So what can I do?

Can you check in Control Panel > Accessibility Options for keyboard and mouse settings. Could be that you have "use mouse keys" enabled, or the laptop's keyboard might have a key stuck.

if i understanded correctly the problem is in your keyboard. try another keyboard instead.
