Change resolution in Terminal Services?

I have a client that's connecting to a Windows 2003 terminal server using a Wyse terminal.  This client tells me that they are unable to change the resolution once connected...I've checked the net and it sounds like you shouldn't be able to change the reso in a terminal session, and that it must be done before the RDP connection is made.  However, I've brought this up to her and was told that they CAN change the resolution if they connect to another TS.

I've checked the group policies, terminal server config, and I can't seem to figure out how to fix this.  I figured I'd run it by the folks here at EE.

Thanks

Not sure on the client software being used, but the vanilla 'mstsc' allows you to select what size screen you want by selecting the options>> button prior to connection.

Yea, that's what I'm used to seeing.  This client is using some type of dumb terminal to get their connection to the TS.  Apparently there's no option to select a specific resolution.

Thanks PowerIT - that's pretty much what I've been reading so far.  I was logged into their servers earlier today and didn't see any form of Citrix software loaded, but who knows.  I have the client trying to verify some additional information before I spend any more time on this.
