First rule with this type of thing is to disconnect infected systems from network, and cleanse them! You need to have removed the worm completely, otherwise on restart, it will be re-infected. Most antivirus software should be able to do this.
Obviously, your system should be fully up to date and patched, and the same with whatever antivirus software you are using. This worm spreads through shares, so all shares *must* be password protected, and preferably remove any shares that you don't need.

(& May be best to run the anti-virus in sfe mode )
