The link really doesn't answer my questions...though is does give some hints.
I logged on as user A and set VBA settings
then logon as user B and set them
then log back as user A
What I observed is that the settings for a given user are preserved from the last logon, but they don't state this explicitly in the article and I don't know if I can reply on the data being preserved between logons.
