What I mean is, I am not a coder, so I dont know how this task or process is even running. Or should I say I dont know what app is causing this. So thats why I am concerned.

Hey All,
I am getting this sometimes as what seems a process when I shut down. You know when a small dialog box comes up and says 'End Task' etc. I am alsmost sure it pertains to this code, its all I could find on google.

Is this something to be worried about, do I have some spyware or some crap on my system?

If the program is working fine while you are actually using your computer i wouldnt worry. my winamp does that sometimes as well. it is not responding to windows when it is told to close.
