Windows cannot load the user’s profile but has logged you on with default profile for the system.

I have 3 web servers load balanced with the same application and I am getting the following error when i log onto the server and some directory permission issues are occurring when i upload files to the server directory.  The files get incorrect permissions assigned.

"Windows cannot load the user’s profile but has logged you on with default profile for the system.

detail - insufficient system resources exist to complete the requests service."

I believe the issue lies with the fact that I have coldfusion installed on the servers and all of the session data was defaulting to be stored in the registry... I have since changed it to store to DB....

I have deleted the profiles and changed the registry size to 490

I however am still getting this issue.   I know on one system If I delete the profile and then log off and log back it I don't get the "cannot load profile" error.  but as soon as I reboot and try again it occurs.

What do you suggest I can do to resolve this issue?  Is my registry corrupt?   Did the registry lose permissions?    Any additional assistance would be great!
