I would prefer adding a new account rather than renaming the Administrator account. But if you inisist here are the steps:
1. goto Start > Run
2. type in "lusrmgr.msc" (except the quotes)
3. click on the users folder
4. Right-click the "Administrator" account and select "Rename"
5. Type in the new name.
6. You're done! You may now close that window.
