Map network drive in Vista
2 PC's, both Windows Vista Home Basic. I can't map network drives on them because I keep getting asked for password and username info. I haven't set passwords on either machine and although I enter what I think mught be the correct username info, it kicks me off telling me that the password is incorrect.
Why the hell does Vista keep asking me for this info? Can I bypass it? What shall I do?

Try to use the "Connect using a different user name " option in the mapped drive box, then enter the username/password of the machine your connecting to, otherwise it will try to use a local user account with the same username.
