Speed up startup

I need to get XP to start up as fast as possible from a Power On.   I tried running the Bootvis and also asked it to optimize,  it doesn't seem to help, It is still taking just as much time, only two items are selected in the startup.  

When I went the the Fast system startup document I realized I wasn't getting any info on the Boot Activity graph?  I tried both Next Boot and Next Boot & Driver Delays and checking the boot activity box and still nothing on that graph?  In addition I am a beginner and do well with step by step directions but the Fast system info from microsoft was too technical for me and assumed I know more.  Any tweaking suggestions that speed up the boot process will be appreciated.  I've attached the file bootvis created, oops sorry it won't take that type of file.  Thanks, Charlotte.
