OEM XP install to Enterprise ?

I have a new DELL pc that has OEM windows on it

We have installed and and setup this system just how I like it .. I need to image it across 40+ machines

my problem is windows activation ..  I do have Volume licensing so my question is:

Is it possible to  convert a  windows XP Pro sp2  OEM install  to  my volume enterprise licensing and bypass windows activation?
