I forgot to mention : I have no floppy drive and no floppy diskette of any kind at all

I want to be able to boot from a USB key (2GB) so that I can have access to NTFS system on the PC harddisk
So I suppose I need to create a bootable Windows Vista or "DOS-that-can-access that NTFS" ?
How shell I proceed ?
