When I enable all the services in msconfig it is working fine, but after 2-3 shutdown/restart the problem starts again

When you do a shutdown/reboot or whatever you do to turn the computer off, do you first use the "Safely Remove Hardware" options? Also don't know what operating system you're using, nor how current you are with updates... Curious if perhaps you have imposed restrictions/policies in place and/or whether or not the USB ports are multiples in use without sufficient system resources/power supply resources to handle. Lots of possibilities, but don't know enough at this point to say.

You prove more than one flash usb? becose if is only one it can be broken, if this is the case can you test another flash usb.
