Can not start microsoft exchange system attendant

I noticed today that I can not create any new mailboxes. upon attempting to restart Microsoft Exchange System attendant service I get a message stating

the System Attendant service does not start. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Could not start the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service on Local Computer.
Error 1075:  The DEPENDENCY service does not exist or has been marked  for deletion

Whats the verion of Exchange and the version of the Server OS?

Hi.

Open up the services applet (go to run and then type services.msc and press enter). Locate and double click on Microsoft Exchange System Attendant. Under dependancies, look at the services listed there and ensure that they are present and started.

Go into the Registry

Check the DependonService value for MSExchangeSA in the Registry

Let me know what you see under the DependonService value

Check to see if these services are started

NTLM and RPC AND Netlogon

Also remove the NETLOGON service from the DependonService value from the registry and then try starting the MSexchangeSA

It should start this time

I do not see the LANMANworkstation service or NTLM. I restarted other services. removed netlogon from the depondonservice and i could not start system attendant

Do the following steps:

Add the following registry keys
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeSA\Parameters
Key (DWORD): BootPause
Value: 120 (The value is in seconds <decimal>)

Reboot the box

I followed the instructions from all the gentlemen above. This pointed me in the right direction.  Here is what I did to solve the problem:
Updated Registry Key:
 
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeSA\DependOnService
Deleted all services except:
EventLog
RPCSS
LanmanWorkstation
LanmanServer

Screen Shot attached of DepeondOnService values.

I re-booted the server and started the MS Exchange System Attendant and all worked.  The way I figured out what servcies should be listed or not was to compare against 3 others servers running MS Exchange 2007.
