I would do a virus/spyware scan in both Normal Mode and in Safe Mode.

Question
hppusg.exe slowing system
My Task Manager shows the CPU pinned out at 100%, and the only process I can see operating is hppusg.exe, occupying 16,692k memory and CPU 95-99%. Does anybody know what this process is, and why it never seems to stop?
I think my computer is slowed down significantly by this process. Is it OK just to "End Process"?
