I have 2 flash drives I use for work as we often have to do a clean install of XP or Vista. I select my flash drive and do the install from it. I have an 2, 4, 8 and a 16 gig flash drive. Is there a way I could put both XP and Vista operating systems on the same flash drive and have it allow me to choose at boot which one I wanted to install from?
Thanks

Install and Boot Ultimate Boot CD (UBCD) from a USB Thumbdrive

This may allow you to launch either of the two.
Otherwise you may need a boot manager like grub to switch active partitions
I hope this helps !
