WSUS Sync error Event ID 364?

We are having an issue before and after the upgrade to WSUS Version 3.0 SP1. The WSUS synchronization still reads success so it may be a false positive however; we are concerned due to very large event logs taking up space on the server as well as not knowing exactly what is causing the error.

The Catagory is Synchronization and Event ID is 364. A search on the forum returned nothing similiar.

Well I tried your command WsusDebugTool.exe /Tool:SetForegroundDownload

And it started to download content which according to the WSUS POC was an issue. It may be downloading content that the Event ID 364 events were looking for but could not find. After ths I will see if the erors go away and or that it downloaded the missing content.

The dowload i taking forever as if we were starting a new sync. Weird, I have t revese te throttlingonce the download is complete, so I read.

Anyways tanks a bunch, didn't try many of the first two posts fixes because we have been busy plus tey weren't exactly the same errors.
