I did something similar using freedos and tools from terrabyte unlimited, Image for DOS and Bootit-ng:

http://www.terabyteunlimit
http://www.freedos.org/
bootit-ng has a trial version that is fully functional (it's just the bootmanager that requires registration, but you don't need thatpart), and the trial version of Image for Dos will work for I believe 2 weeks, after that the images won't be usable anymore as they time-out.
In Freedos you can make your customized autoexec.bat and config.sys and other bat files, and image for Dos uses switches on the command line that help you automize things. I used some checks that looked if the partitions were already on the disk, and if unpartitioned it would go ahead and restore the images to the proper partitions. If the partitions already existed, the user would be warned that they would be overwritten and he'd have to say Yes for it to move on. The problem is that I did this some time ago and don't remember everything. I don't have an example with me right now and as I'm not that good at programming and scripting I'd be starting from scratch at the moment. Maybe I can find my example, but that'll take some time. You might be able to work out your own method meanwhile.

Great, I modified the post and uploaded the file since it's my first time. I didnt know about Hiren CD thus i'll look for a trail version to try it and once I success, i'll buy the full version. I'll try to test the 2 links you posted and comeback with a feedback.
Thanks
