Question
No regedit, no gpedit, wont run exe,
while attempting to remove viruses I have lost the ability to run regedit, run the task manager, run gpedit, exe files wont run, copyed regedit.exe to regedit.com and still get "Registery editing has been disabled by yoour administrator" have tried to add and remove keys by the run command and get a file open with window

For the exe issue, download and run this to merge it into the registry:
http://filext.com/WinXP_EX
Run it and select "Yes" to merge it into the registry.
oragutang - couldnt run FixPolicies.EXE, ButMalwarebytes fixed lots of problems and had ro reenable the registery to finsh its work, needed to change the install file from .exe to .com
winXP_EXE_Fix.reg couldn't merge. from safe mode and the Administrator account made registery change from the reg file. and got back the .exe
