i pressed f8 but no way to restore mode
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsMy server is Dell PowerEdge Sc1430. I have a SBS 2003 and it hosts the company's Application. This morning, none of the user can connect to internet or run the sever application. I found out that in the DHCP, no server is available (added). DNS can't start and I checked the Active Directory and found out that it has no objects in it i.e users, computers, server etc
I found a backup, and intend to restore the active directory through system state, but i got an error that it cann't be restored while active directory is running. I pressed f8 on reboot but can't enter Directory service restore mode.
Please, I need a guide on how to restore this.
Thanks
