I want to find out %cpu utilization %memory %disk space of a ms sql database residing remotely in windows box from a linux operating system

Zones: Linux, Operating Systems Miscellaneous, Computer CPU Processors
There is a ms sql database in a window machine.  

I need to find the folowing of MS SQL server
1. % CPU
2. Memory details
3. disk space
However all this needs to be viewed from Linux.
