Clone OS2 Drive - with Fujitsu Dynamic Disk Overlay installed?

Hello All,

I have a "repartee" voicemail system running on OS2.  The drive is a fujitsu 6.4gb.  It has fujitsu's dynamic drive overlay installed on it.  I inherited this system, so I do not know why the DDO is installed.

I want to clone/ghost the drive to another drive for backup purposes.  I have tried ghost to no avail.  I've also tried DFSee, which said the clone was successful but then OS2 wouldn't boot (system halted message).

I'm looking for a way to clone the working drive to another drive likely of a different size, with or without the DDO (prefer without if possible, but not mandatory).  

Any help appreciated.
