trying to login into admin account in safe mode server 2003

Tags: server 03 safe mode

Admin account was disabled,

logged into safe mode (without networking) logged in with administrator credentials

Rand cmd and ran net user administrator /active:yes (learned it had to be on network to run)

Now I can't login into administrator account at all including Safe mode

It used to say Admin account disabled, now it says make sure you have the right username and password +domain

any ideas?
