mksysb pull mode give error

Hi experts,

while from TL06 to TL10 upgrade , the server is went inactive mode , after that we tried to clear #installp -C  we received a error called .
# installp -C
0503-409 installp: bosboot verification starting...
0503-497 installp: An error occurred during bosboot verification processing


Afte that we tried to restore from MKSYSB, ( using pull mode and NIM server running with TL10SP2) ... ping test is success , while starting stage , we relieved an error

 Error 888 102 777 0C5 and 888 102 700 0C5

PLS help it very urgent.
