SSH without password same host

Hi All,

I'm trying to configure ssh to log in without any password on the same box. Assuming the box name is : test123 and the OS user is : oracle, the following line should work without prompting for the password:

$ ssh test123 date

But everytime I do that, it still prompts me for password. The steps that I've followed are :

1. Generate the keys using ssh-keygen. I've used an empty passphrase.
[oracle@test123 oracle]$ ssh-keygen -t dsa

2. Copy the contents of id_dsa.pub to authorized_keys
[oracle@test123 .ssh]$ cat id_dsa.pub > authorized_keys

3. Try the ssh <hostname> <command> :
[oracle@test123 .ssh]$ ssh test123 date
oracle@test123's password:
Mon Mar 15 20:03:39 IST 2004

4. Here is the verbose output of it :

[oracle@test123 .ssh]$ ssh -v test123 date

Any help in getting this done is highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sudhi.
