How do I make access my Internal Network to spesific site from preferred nic interface ?

I have Centos5.0 installed.It has 3 Nic interface.
eth0 (192.168.2.4) Wan Accessing Internet from Getaway ADSL Modem (192.168.2.1)
eth1(192.168.1.1) Local Area network
and eth2 (10.10.10.1) (Accessing to Second Adsl Modem 10.10.10.10)
Myclient access internet from eth0 successfully.But I want to make my internal client access to a special web site(212.58.22.252) from my eth2 interface.
How can I do that by using Iptables or route ?
