Installing Enterprise Certificate Authority

I have installed Enterprise CA on one of the server. As soon as I logged into my laptop, I received this root server certificate.

I am planning to use auto enrollment on one of the OU on the domain.

Is there any way I can install Enterprise CA so that when I log into the laptop, it won't receive a cert from the enterprise CA so that I can issue enterprise cert only to a particular OU
