XP with AVG 8.0 is sending out notes that are spam.

This is an XP OS with AVG 8.0 and Spybot installed.  The system gets 1 to 3 emails a day regarding Viagra.  The email notes (OE) are coming from the email address of the user so I am assuming that this system is infected with some sort of "spam sender" that AVG or Spybot  has not been able to eradicate.  What are your suggestions to stop this system from sending out notes?  I'm assuming that others may be getting the email as well.   PS....to ID the from address, I used the "detail" on properties associated with the note.  Thanks for your help on this.    Start Free Trial
