Browse All TopicsHi,
We have one IBM AIX5 unix server. For some reason, the resource (paging space usage) cannot be freed properly and the server always hung when paging space reaches 100%. So the server has be to reboot every 2 or 3 weeks.
$ lsps -s
Total Paging Space Percent Used
4096MB 98%
Before we can find the reason, for the time being we need to write one script to check every hour to see if the percentage of used paging space reaches 90%. If yes, we have to close all application and reboot the server.
Can anyone provide one shell script for this purpose? Thanks in advance.
