Asked by RSteeg in IBM AIX Unix

Tags: aix, list, too, file

I am new to AIX, so I don't have much knowledge yet.  i need to delete a large number of files, but the system will not accept my use of wildcards in the rm function. I get this message when I try "ksh: /usr/bin/rm: 0403-027 The parameter list is too long". This is the command I am trying to use" rm aps_label_*.dat ".Start Free Trial
