AIX 5.1 Printer Down URGENT

There is a lone AIX 5.1 server on my network and a user is getting the following message when trying to print via this server...

I tried to us SMIT to find a locat to place this printer back online. I'm a WINDOWS person Please help I need to get there print online asapStart Free Trial
