TT_ERR_NOMP^INo ttsession process is running.

I have got the above warning message in user.log file.  I have verified that the ttsession is installed in my system and running properly. In one of the google search says that "talk status message occurs when ttsession exits before other CDE processes, which expect to communicate with ttsession when the user logs out". I am not clear why the ttsession exists before CDE process? The reason may be network, but how this can be verified?
