I recently upgraded my os AIX5.3 TL6 to AIX 5.3 TL8 sp4 .After doing this we are having some issues with oracle9.0.4 applications (Heavy I/O on rootvg ,looks like lot of paging activity ) .we did some tuning on the vmo side ,but still seeing I/O issues. does any body know if there any patches we need to apply for the application server. We Opened a TAR with oracle ,but didnt hear any thing back . Just curious if anyone encountered these kind of issues .
