IBM HTTPServer will not start on AIX 5.3

I have finally successfully installed IBM HTTP Server 6.1 with Java6 on AIX 5.3. I went to start httpd and I get the following error:
# ./httpd start
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program ./httpd because of the following errors:
0509-150 Dependent module libaprutil-0.so could not be loaded.
0509-022 Cannot load module libaprutil-0.so.
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
#
But,
libaprutil-0.so is currently in /tmp/IHS/IHS_6.1.0.0/IHS/ihs.primary.pak/repository/prereq.ihs/lib/libaprutil-0.so

Also,
II have apr-1.3.3-2.aix5.2.ppc.rpm and apr-util-1.3.4-1.aix5.1.ppc.rpm
