Question

libxml2 devel rpm error on AIX 5.3

Here are my outputs:

# rpm -Uvh libxml2-2.7.3-1.aix5.1.ppc.rpm
libxml2                     ##################################################

# rpm -Uvh libxml2-devel-2.7.3-1.aix5.1.ppc.rpm
libxml2-devel               #################################################
unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/include/libxml2: cpio: unlink failed - Operation not permitted.

What does this error mean? How can I troubleshoot this to get libxml2 devel installed.
